Essential Oils Used in Aromatherapy Bath
An aromatherapy bath will help to relieve tension and stress. Begin by running a bath to a comfortable temperature. Sprinkle 4 drops maximum of one essential oil or e drops each of two essential oils onto the surface of the water. Agitate the water gently to disperse the oils before getting in the tub. If you have dry or sensitive skin, you can dilute the oils by dropping them into 4 teaspoons of whole milk or unfragranced bath oil before adding it to the water. One of my favorite combinations to relieve stress is 3 drops each of sandlewood and lavender. Soak for 20-minutes and enjoy! |
