Using Essential Oils in a Vaporizer
A vaporizer heats up and gently evaporates essential oils, dispersing the fragrance into the air. You can use a ceramic burner with tea light candles. There are also many electric models available. Be sure to follow the manufacturer's recommendations when using oils. Normally, you use 4 drops of one oil or 3 drops each of two as a combination. This amount of oil will scent a room for up to two hours. To remove unpleasant odors, try tea tree (melaleuca) oil or lemon oil. Or choose your favorite aroma to create a special mood or feeling in your room. |
